Welcome to RG Limo Services. By booking, reserving, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are intended to protect both the client and RG Limo Services, LLC and help ensure a professional experience for all parties.
RG Limo Services, LLC, doing business as RG Chauffeured Services, provides pre-arranged chauffeured transportation services in the Kansas City metropolitan area and surrounding regions.
Throughout these Terms & Conditions, “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to RG Limo Services, LLC / RG Chauffeured Services. “Client,” “passenger,” and “responsible party” refer to the individual or entity booking or using the service.
All reservations are subject to availability and review by our team.
A reservation is not considered final or confirmed until approved by a representative of RG Limo Services, LLC and a confirmation has been issued.
The responsible party is financially responsible for the reservation and any additional charges incurred during the trip.
Quoted rates are generally all-inclusive and include standard gratuity unless otherwise stated.
Additional charges may apply for:
The responsible party agrees to pay all applicable additional charges.
Rates are subject to change without notice until a reservation is officially confirmed.
Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation of service.
Cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled pickup time will be charged in full.
Group reservations require at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid full charges.
Certain reservations, including high-demand events, holidays, concerts, sporting events, and large group transportation, may be subject to separate cancellation policies disclosed at the time of booking.
No-shows will be charged in full.
A 25% surcharge applies to reservations occurring on the following holidays:
Holiday surcharges may also apply during periods of unusually high demand.
All vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
Smoking of any kind, including:
is strictly prohibited inside all vehicles.
A minimum detailing and cleaning fee of $500 will be charged to the responsible party for violations of this policy.
The responsible party is financially responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers during the reservation.

Cleaning or repair fees will be charged to the payment method on file.
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately at all times.
The chauffeur has full authority to terminate the trip without refund if:

RG Limo Services, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating lost items when possible. Any recovered items may be returned at the client’s expense.
Passengers are encouraged to check the vehicle thoroughly before exiting.

While every effort will be made to provide timely and professional service, exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed under all conditions.
For airport pickups, chauffeurs may monitor flights when flight information is provided at booking.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate flight details.
Additional waiting time charges may apply for excessive delays unrelated to airline schedule changes.
Meet & greet procedures may vary by airport, airline, or terminal conditions.
Clients are responsible for requesting child safety seats in advance if needed.
Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring children are properly secured in accordance with applicable laws.
The Company reserves the right to refuse transportation if proper child restraints are not available when legally required.
Illegal drugs and unlawful activity are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
Alcohol consumption may only be permitted where legally allowed and approved by the Company.
Passengers are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RG Limo Services, LLC shall not be liable for:
The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the reservation in question.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Kansas.
Any disputes arising from services provided by RG Limo Services, LLC shall be handled in the appropriate courts located in Kansas.
