Yes. We require a valid credit or debit card when reserving. The card is held securely on file and will be used to settle any remaining balances or fees.

Yes. Our Meet & Greet service is included with all airport pickups - your chauffeur will meet you near the information desk at baggage claim and assist with your luggage.

No deposits are required for Car Service transfer. However, a credit/debit card must be put on file to confirm your reservation. 

We highly recommend you book with us once you know the exact timeframe you need. 

If you decide you want to end the ride earlier than expected, the full amount is still due. Since we make sure to block off your timeframe, that limits our ability to serve other clients. 

Yes. Passengers aged 21 and over may bring and consume alcoholic beverages in our vehicles.

We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking. Any violation may result in actions including notification of parents/guardians and local authorities.

Smoking - including vaping or any other similar activity - is strictly prohibited inside all our vehicles.

Violation of this rule incurs a minimum cleaning fee of $250.

Our standard rates apply to services within the Kansas City metro area.

If your destination extends beyond that area, we’re happy to accommodate - additional fees or surcharges may apply depending on distance.
