Every limousine reservation includes non-alcoholic beverages, such as Coca-Cola, Sprite, and Water. 

Our Car Service includes bottled water.

All limousine reservations require a three-hour minimum. At this time, we do not offer "one-way" trips in limousines. 

We do offer "one-way" trips via our door-to-door Car Service. 

We may require additional minimum hours on popular days, such as Holidays, Prom/Homecoming Season, Sporting Events, Etc. 

Yes - clients must use a credit/debit card when making a reservation. The card will be saved on file and will be used to collect any and all balances. 

Yes - we offer Meet and Greet on all airport pickups at no additional cost.

All limousine reservations require a non-refundable $100 deposit. The remaining amount is due when the reservation concludes. 

Why non-refundable? When you book with us, we make sure to block off your requested date and timeframe. As a result, we do not accept reservations during that time to ensure we do not double-book.

No deposits are required for Car Service. However, a credit/debit card must be put on file to confirm your reservation. 

We highly recommend you book with us once you know the exact timeframe you need. 

If you decide you want to end the ride earlier than expected, the full amount is still due. Since we make sure to block off your timeframe, that limits our ability to serve other clients. 

Yes - passengers 21 and over are allowed to bring onboard and consume alcoholic beverages.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking. If underage drinking is detected, we will notify parents/legal guardians and the proper authorities.

Short answer: The quote includes everything.

Long Answer: Your quote includes non-alcoholic drinks, unlimited stops, 20% gratuity, and fuel (all within the Kansas City Metro Area). No extra fees. What you see is what you pay. 

Parking fees, tolls, and other fees that are not a part of our service will be paid by the responsible party. 

Smoking of any kind inside our vehicles is strictly prohibited. 

Violating this rule will result in a minimum cleaning fee of $250.

Our pricing/rates are for services within the Kansas City Metropolitan Area. 

We can certainly expand our coverage area to meet your needs; however, extra fees and/or surcharges may apply.
