Yes. A valid credit or debit card is required to reserve your service. Your card is securely held on file and used to settle any remaining balances or applicable fees.

Yes. Meet & Greet service is included with all airport pickups. Your chauffeur will meet you near the information desk at baggage claim, assist with luggage, and guide you to your vehicle.

No deposit is required for standard transfers. However, a credit or debit card must be kept on file to confirm your reservation.

We recommend booking once your schedule is finalized.

If your reservation ends earlier than expected, the full amount is still due. Time reserved is blocked exclusively for your service, limiting availability for other clients.

Yes. Passengers aged 21 and over may bring and consume alcoholic beverages.

We strictly enforce a zero-tolerance policy for underage drinking. Violations may result in notification of parents/guardians and local authorities.

Smoking, including vaping or similar activity, is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be applied for violations.

Our standard rates apply to services within the Kansas City metro area.

For destinations outside this area, we’re happy to accommodate. Additional fees or surcharges may apply depending on distance.
